“The Challenge of Our Gospel Meeting”

Brother Brent Arnold is doing a great job of preaching in our 2026 Gospel Meeting. The theme, “Faith That Can Move Mountains” is so very timely, very much needed, and is a tremendous challenge to our congregation at Dorris Chapel. Thank you Brother Brent for this tremendous challenge. Church let us wake up and accept this challenge from God’s Word!!!

Our Gospel Meeting is a challenge to our faith in the power of the gospel (Romans 1:16,17). Let’s not be ashamed of the gospel because it has the power to save! Our Gospel Meeting is a challenge to our congregation to get to work (I Corinthians 15:57,58). We all have a job to do to carry the gospel throughout our community. We are saved to save (I Timothy 4:16). Our Gospel Meeting is a challenge to each and every one of our hearts (Matthew 6:19-21). Do we have hearts to tell others about this tremendous challenge from God’s Word! Our Gospel Meeting is a challenge for us to influence our community for good (Matthew 5:13-16). A full parking lot tells our community that God is live and well and that the gospel still produces faith that can move mountains! Thank you Brother Brent for this challenge from God’s Word. Dorris Chapel let us accept this most important challenge!
