“It Is Hard To Do Wrong When We Are Praying To Do Right.”

Notice Jesus’s model or example prayer: “And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen” (Matthew 6:12:13). In Jesus’s prayer in the Garden of Gethsemane just prior to Jesus’s death on the cross our Lord said, “Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak” (Matthew 26:41).
