“How To Build A Great Congregation?” (Part 4)

To build a great congregation there must be great leaders! Great leaders are to be qualified (I Timothy 3; Titus 1). We need men to aspire to be leaders. Young men need to realize that they are to be the future leaders of the church. Not only are great leaders to be qualified, they must be good examples (I Peter 5:1-4). They must be men of vision who plan for the future (Proverbs 29:18). They also are to be doers (Acts 20:28-31). They lead from the front. They are to be encouragers (I Thessalonians 5:11). They are to watch for the souls of the congregation (Hebrews 13:17). To have a great congregation there must be great leaders.
