“Get The Big Picture” (Part 7)

The Old Testament had an expiration date. Don’t get me wrong the Old Testament still has a purpose. It was written for our learning and it still gives hope (Romans 15:4). There are still many great examples in the Old Testament for us to learn from daily (I Corinthians 10:10,11). Many great principles in the Old Testament that we can still read and study. However the Old Testament was never meant to be a permanent law or covenant. Notice the following verses from God’s Word: Jeremiah 31:31-33; Hebrews 8:6-13; Isaiah 2:2,3. The Old Testament was nailed to the cross (Colossians 2:14). We would love to have you on Wednesday Nights at 7 P.M. as Brother Matt Wallin leads our study on “Get The Big Picture.” We are surveying God’s Word from Genesis through Revelation.
