Read Hebrews 11 - by faith they did. “The work of faith (I Thessalonians 1:3). “Obedience of faith” (Romans 16:26). Faith can not operate without doing what God says. Like faith, love looks to what God says to express itself. Love doesn’t say, “This is what I feel, think, or want.” Love looks to what God has said in His Word.
