“Get The Big Picture” (Part 17)

We are not ready for where we are going unless we learn from the journey it takes to get us there. Moses spent forty years as a shepherd in the wilderness before he could lead his people out of Egypt. These forty years as a humble servant prepared him for the task at hand. Moses led his father-in-law’s sheep before he could lead God’s people out of captivity. A lot of God’s people were shepherds. Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, David, and Amos were all shepherds in background to name a few. Our Lord is the good shepherd (John 10:11). Are we following Him? Are we learning from our journey here on earth on how to get to heaven? If we can help in anyway, we would love to study the guidebook together. Please just give us a call at 731-414-5092.
