“Get The Big Picture” (Part 1)

Did you know that God’s name is found 32 times in the 31 verses of Genesis chapter one. Yes, the physical creation is taught in this great first chapter of the Bible (Genesis 1:1). However, as we study this chapter notice it is really more about the God of creation. It tells us about Him. Go through Genesis one and highlight God throughout it and then highlight what God did in this important chapter of God’s Word. Wednesday night at 7 P.M. we will begin a new study at Dorris Chapel. “Get The Big Picture” is a survey of God’s Word from Genesis through Revelation. Come join us as we survey the Book of books.

It is my plan throughout this year of study to preview our next lesson on Monday - Wednesday each week in our daily devo. Hopefully it will be helpful for those who go through this study and also for those who are unable to do so. Tomorrow, we will notice God’s most important creation of mankind.
