“Fruit Full” (Part 9) “Full Of Gentleness” (Galatians 5:22,23)

In the prophet Jeremiah’s time, God’s people were in trouble. The Northern Kingdom was taken captive by Assyria. Babylon then overtakes Assyria and then they become the threat. Egypt had taken Josiah and the Southern Kingdom.God’s people were in trouble because of sin. Idol worship had taken their hearts. They also were mistreating others (Jeremiah 22:3-5). Jeremiah had been sent from God to confront God’s people. Let’s notice three lessons on gentleness:

I. Gentleness Is About Reacting Deliberately (Jeremiah 1:17).

II. Gentleness Is About Relating Appropriately (Jeremiah 8:18-22).

III. Gentleness Is About Risking Vulnerability (Jeremiah 11:18-20).
